Rolled oats and banana pancakes
These pancakes offer a nice meal option to start the day with sustained energy!

- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of preference
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 heaped teaspoon baking powder
- Butter or olive oil for cooking
Blend all ingredientes together until smooth.
Add butter to frypan and cook the pancakes.
The batter is thick and you may need to spread it using a tablespoon.
Serve with a drizzle of honey or mapple syrup and your favourite fruits or yogurt.
