Enjoying a cup of tea for relaxation

The afternoon has just turned a little colder, so I am warming myself with a delicious cup of herbal tea. A beautiful blend of calming herbs: lemon balm, passionflower, skullcap, lavender and spearmint developed by my dear friend Lisa and sold under her beautiful tea brand Treeality. I had the honour to study with Lisa, and I am very grateful she gave me this fragrant and amazing blend of herbs to help me with my anxiety from university. These herbs have many health benefits: reduce anxiety, soothing the nervous system, anti-inflammatory, balance hormones, and promote relaxation for a good sleep. To prepare the tea using loose dehydrated leaves, add half teaspoon of each herb to a tea pot infuser e pour one litre of hot water. Allow it to brew and rest for 20-30 minutes and drink throughout the day.
