Returns and Refunds Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for eligible purchases made on our website. We will accept products return and provide you with an exchange or refund, where:

  • The product is damaged, broken or is not of acceptable quality,
  • Incomplete order or incorrect product,
  • The product is significantly different to the description on our website,

For any of these instances, please send us an email at sales@leuzakyne.com.au saying “Damaged Item”, “Incorrect” or “Missing” in the subject line, a brief description of your claim with a picture within 7 days of receiving your delivery from us. We will provide you with a replacement or full refund at your discretion. We will process refunds within 7 days of your contact. Please allow 5-8 business days  from processing for refunds to appear in your PayPal account.

Returns for change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we may offer you an exchange or refund. You need to:

  • Return the product within 3 days of receiving it;
  • The item must be in its original saleable condition, unopened, unused, in its original packaging and include manuals, leaflets and all accessories;
  • Include your original receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase when you return the product;
  • The product is not listed as change of mind return not accepted (see below).

If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Items on which a change of mind return is not accepted

We will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Nutritional Supplements
  • Consumable Products

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

We reserve the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing exchange or refund. This may result in a exchange or refund being denied.

Please note:

  • Original receipt or online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow 5-8 business days  from processing for refunds to appear in your PayPal account.
