Tips to prepare poached egg:
- Make sure your eggs are fresh.
- Add water to a saucepan on medium heat, and a dash of apple cider vinegar to the water.
- Once the water is simmering (but not boiling), crack the egg in a small bowl.
- Gently add your cracked eggs, apart from each other if cooking more than one.
- Poach the egg for 3 minutes. Then remove with a large spoon or spatula.
- Drain and dry with paper towel.
